Dortmund in ‘danger’ of losing Man Utd targets Haaland and Sancho
Manchester United targets Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland will leave Borussia Dortmund if they don’t win trophies in the near future, claims former Norwegian star Jan Aage Fjortoft.
Sancho was expected to joing United in the summer while Haaland was also on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s radar before making his surprise £18million move to Dortmund in January.

Dortmund lost 3-2 to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich at the weekend, leaving them three points behind the champions after seven games.
Bayern have a complete stranglehold on German football at present and Fjortoft believes Dortmund will struggle to hold on to the likes of Sancho and Haaland with the prospect of silverware so slim.
He told ESPN: “Viv Anderson said to me, ‘but Jan, it’s quite easy, young kids want to win trophies – that’s why they’re in the game.’
“One day they will go away, meet each other now at international break and they will say ‘you’re a good team, you have good talent, how many trophies have you got?’
“I think that is the danger with Dortmund, now having the best Norwegian, the best American, the two best English, although Sancho is not at the moment unfortunately.
“That is the main challenge for Dortmund, how long can they keep these young kids without winning trophies and the culture needs to be built up.
“It’s also typical that Bayern [have] got that culture at the moment because they have that winning mentality in there.”
