Draper James announces size inclusive expansion
Celebrity fashion line Draper James is turning towards the
size-inclusive trend. Founded in 2015 by actress Reece Witherspoon,
the Southern-inspired fashion and home goods brand is committed to a
motto, “make pretty easy.”
The size expansion launches with the Draper James Spring 2019
collection. Sizes will now range from 0 to 24 across dresses, tees,
skirts and jackets. Items will retail between 38 and 175 dollars.
Extended sizing will feature the same prints, patterns, fabrics and
price as the mainline, and continue through as a cohesive shopping
experience alongside the existing size range.
“This first spring delivery is an exciting first step in our
journey to create a more inclusive brand for our existing and
hopefully new customers alike,” said Taylor Rettig, CEO of Draper
James, in a statement. “We will continue to gather feedback from the
community and evolve, with a goal of offering all styles in a full
size-range in the near future.”
The new collection is currently available online and in Draper
James stores and DraperJames.com.
