Hart Foundation Update, Terri Runnels/"Soma Coma", Judgment Day Buys

— Teddy Hart, Nattie Neidhart and Harry Smith are all working in OVW and have debuted new matching gear. The idea of a Hart Foundation 2007 had been discussed for a long time and it looks like this is the beginning of preparation for that. Of course, plans can change, particularly if Teddy screws up. No confirmation on whether TJ Wilson would end up part of the group.
— A few weeks ago, there was a short interview on TMZ.com with former WWE Diva Terri Runnels. TMZ wrote it like they uncovered WWE’s next big drug scandal by dubbing it the “soma coma” and that tons of people in wrestling abuse the drug. Terri said, “The boys eat Somas like candy. I’ve personally seen a WWE superstar nearly die in front of me after taking 13 somas… while still behind the wheel of the car.” Terri later noted that her comments were taken out of context and that she didn’t mean to imply that everyone in wrestling uses Somas.
— WWE’s Judgment Day pay-per-view did about 245,000 buys which is the best number for a “B” pay-per-view since Unforgiven 2006. Judgment Day 2006 did 252,000 buys. April’s Backlash pay-per-view did a little under 200,000 buys. A lot of credit for the Judgment Day buyrate definitely has to go to the Great Khali/Cena dynamic.
