The inter-county player made the move in December 2012 but it has now been confirmed that he has switched back to his home club, with the transfer officially rubber-stamped yesterday by the GAA.

The previous Sunday, he hit 0-3 in Leitrim’s 2017 league opener when they defeated Wicklow 1-17 to 0-10 in Aughrim.
Mulligan has been one of Leitrim’s best players since making his debut in 2008, scoring 0-10 against Galway in that championship season.
