Now that the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view has come to an end, it looks like some of the top matches for WrestleMania this year are clear. According to a new report from PWInsider, the top matches now being planned for WrestleMania include Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar, which is obviously confirmed now since Reigns won the Elimination Chamber match last night. It looks like WWE will be sticking with AJ Styles as WWE Champion as he defends against Royal Rumble winner Shinsuke Nakamura. After last night’s contract signing segment, the report mentions that WWE is indeed planning on having Ronda Rousey team up  with Raw General Manager Kurt Angle to face Stephanie McMahon and Triple H at the event.
But what about the plans for Asuka? Since she won the women’s Royal Rumble match in January, “The Empress of Tomorrow” is guaranteed a title match at WrestleMania. Asuka still has not announced whether she will be challenging for the Raw or Smackdown Women’s Championship. After defeating Nia Jax at Elimination Chamber last night, PWInsider reported that Asuka would be facing Alexa Bliss at WrestleMania for the Raw Women’s Championship. They later rescinded that claim after WWE teased that Asuka could challenge the Smackdown Women’s Champion after Fastlane. The Wrestling Observer reported last month that Asuka will likely face Charlotte Flair for her women’s title at WrestleMania.
Chelsea Green (also known as Laurel Van Ness) has continued to compete on the independent wrestling circuit ever since she left Impact Wrestling a few weeks ago. An incident involving Green and a fan recently occurred at a Pure Wrestling Association event in Canada. A man in attendance reportedly insinuated that Green is a stripper and the he proceeded to chant chauvinistic remarks. Fans in attendance claimed that Green actually took the time to confront the fan, who apparently also threatened Green. Chelsea Green later commented on the incident on social media and said that the fan had no right to chant anything harmful or malicious at her while she was performing.

My job & my character does not give any man an excuse to call me names, or make chauvinistic comments.
