NXT Women’s Champ Shayna Baszler Feels Slighted Over WWE Graphic
Apparently, Becky Lynch isn’t the only one unhappy with some of the WWE promotional efforts online this weekend, as WWE NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler took umbrage with the company leaving her off a graphic tweeted out by WWE asking fans about their favorite champion of 2018.
It is important to note that NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa was included among those pictured along with Lynch, AJ Styles, Ronda Rousey and Seth Rollins. It seems like a pretty bad omission on WWE’s part considering Baszler won the NXT Women’s Title at TakeOver: New Orleans in April. She defeated Ember Moon to capture the strap. This would spark feuds with the likes of Kairi Sane and Nikki Cross. In August, Baszler lost the title to Sane at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn Four, but regained the title at the Evolution pay-per-view, becoming the first-ever two-time NXT Women’s Champion in history.
Here is what Baszler tweeted out in response to being left off the graphic:

Lynch took WWE to task on Saturday for placing her in the background of a Royal Rumble Axxess promotional graphic that had Charlotte Flair front and center. Lynch reminded the WWE she sold out her Axxess tickets in seconds, something which she said none of the other Superstars did in two weeks. Here’s that tweet:
Dear WWE, let’s do 2019 differently, shall we? I did in 90 seconds what all the rest couldn’t do in two weeks – sold out my tickets. Put. The. Man. In. Front. https://t.co/GSG07mDF2S
