About Vince Russo
Vince Russo is a writer, producer, on-screen talent and podcaster, best known for his work in the sports-entertainment industry. With an almost 25-year career, Russo is most notable for his tenures with the World Wrestling Federation, World Championship Wrestling and Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling. Labeled the “Most Controversial Man” in the history of sports-entertainment, Russo is often credited with being the man behind the WWE “Attitude Era” (1996-1999), the most successful in professional wrestling history. In conjunction with his overwhelming success behind the scenes, Russo also appeared as an on-screen character with all three promotions, even becoming the WCW World Heavyweight Champion at one time.
Over the last 2 years, Russo has re-invented himself by making a new career in the world of podcasting. Russo has created an entire media network on The RELM Network, where his daily blogs, podcasts and celebrity interviews have made “buzz” on the internet. That success came from Russo showing many sides of himself that he had never shared before, including his colorful family life, his spin on his own spirituality, his obsession with TMZ and pop-culture, and his unique passion for nostalgia when it comes to all forms of entertainment. His podcast Vince Russo’s The Brand will be listened to by many different people, for many different reasons, but once you’ve experience his undeniable passion and love in everything he “rants” about—you will be hooked forever.
